Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese.
    Add egg and water.
    Beat; sift flour, salt, cayenne and paprika.
    Add dry ingredients to mixture; beat well after each.
    Chill dough for 10 minutes.
    Pack into pastry press; squeeze shapes onto baking sheet.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
