Quick Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 veal steaks
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
4 lemon wedges
Preparation

Combine egg and milk; blend.
Dip veal in egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
Brown veal in butter over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedge.
