Cheesy Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 2/3 c. spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a skillet, brown ground chuck and onion; drain fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce; simmer for 10 minutes. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to directions on box; rinse and drain.
    Mix cooked spaghetti with sauce.
    In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and salt.
    Slowly add milk and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, stirring until melted. Spread 1/2 spaghetti in bottom of 10 x 16 x 2 baking dish.
    Spoon all cheese sauce over spaghetti.
    Top with remaining spaghetti mixture and shredded cheese.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
