Beef Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 medium green peppers
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain meat, first.
    Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
    Wash.
    Combine egg and 3/4 cup sauce.
    Then add rest of ingredients.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture and place peppers in lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Cover loosely with wax paper and microwave at High 12 to 14 minutes. Turn dish after 6 minutes.
    Spoon remaining sauce over tops of peppers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
