Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet potatoes, 2 medium
2 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. firmly packed golden brown sugar
3 Tbsp. water, approximately
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease large baking sheet. Bake potatoes about 45 minutes, till tender.
Cool potatoes, peel and mash.
Stir in buttermilk baking mix and sugar.
Add enough water to form a soft dough.
Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface until a 1/2 inch thick.
Cut out biscuits and bake about 18 minutes.
