Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Stir-fry meat in butter.
    Add tomato juice, garlic salt and pepper.
    Simmer for about 1 hour.
    Add soup and mushrooms; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Just before serving, add sour cream and heat through but do not boil.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
