Oven Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine in 9-inch round cake pan. Mix together the flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg.
Pour mixture into pan with margarine.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut into 4 triangles and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
