Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt (optional)
    1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. thin sliced, smoked, pressed beef, shredded
Preparation
    Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature and add to mixing bowl.
    Then add the Cheddar cheese and next 5 ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and roll in the shredded beef.
    This cheese ball is much better if allowed to refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
