Bloomin' Onion And Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. cumin
1 giant Spanish onion
vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

Beat the egg and combine it with the milk in a bowl big enough to accommodate the onion.
In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients.
