Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    6 Tbsp. rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. curry
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook all the ingredients about 1 hour.
    Cool slightly, then process in blender until creamy.
    If serving immediately, add 1 cup of white wine (optional), otherwise freeze.
