Red And White Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large head red cabbage, chopped
    1/2 large head white cabbage, chopped
    1 bunch green onion, sliced
    2 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles (do not use seasoning mix)
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. sesame seeds
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice vinegar
Preparation
    Break noodles into small pieces.
    Lightly brown noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds and sesame seeds in butter or margarine. In a separate pan, bring to a boil the peanut oil, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar.
    Cook, stirring often, until sugar dissolves. One-half hour before serving, pour dressing on cabbage.
    Just before serving, add noodle mixture to salad.
