Turnip Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnips
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 whole eggs, well beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients together until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add next four ingredients; stir together and place in buttered casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until firm.
