Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sauerkraut
2 medium tomatoes or 1 can Contadina
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. corned beef
grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. crescent refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

Layer in a 10-inch pie plate or 8-inch square pan the first six ingredients, finishing with Swiss cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then cover with unrolled biscuits and bake according to directions on biscuit can.
Serves 6.
