Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Polish or smoked sausage
    3 1/4 c. fresh or frozen chopped vegetables
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    oregano
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender.
    Add sausage and season to taste.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Mix in 1/2 cup cheese and serve immediately over hot rice, sprinkling with remaining cheese.
