Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. beef round steak
meat tenderizer
2 c. water
2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small piece ginger root, mashed
2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Sprinkle meat with tenderizer, following label directions. Cut round steaks in 12 medium pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 12 to 14 hours.
Cook over charcoal.
