Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 small zucchini squash
    3 to 4 fresh tomatoes
    1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    small amount of water
Preparation
    Slice zucchini in large casserole dish.
    Add butter and water. Layer sliced tomatoes over squash.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over tomatoes.
    Cover with herb stuffing mix.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
