Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
2/3 c. American or Swiss cheese
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Use the steel blade of your food processor to mince the onion. Add the cheese and shrimp; continue to process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Remove and chill. Serve with Pepperidge Farm fish crackers.
