Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice)
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Mix
flour
and sugar; add pineapple, juice and cheese. Pour into Pyrex (11 1/2 x 7-inch) dish.
Sprinkle with topping of Ritz crackers,
tossed
in
butter.
Bake
at
350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
