Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of pepper
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole. To cook chicken, simmer in 4 cups of water for about 1 hour. Drain off chicken broth.
Debone cooked chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine soup, salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside.
Arrange chicken pieces in bottom of casserole.
Cover with broccoli pieces, then cover with soup.
Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
