Popcorn Caramel Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large greased bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until a candy thermometer reads 280\u00b0 to 290\u00b0 (soft-crack stage).
