Suzie Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    bell pepper rings
    sliced onion rings
    lemon rings
    1 c. catsup, combined with 1 Tbsp. sugar
    small whole boiled potatoes
Preparation
    Brown steak.
    Place in casserole.
    Prepare gravy from drippings.
    Pour over steak.
    Place bell pepper rings, onion and lemon on top.
    Pour catsup over steak.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Place potatoes on top.
    Bake 25 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
