Zucchini Rice With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. onions, thinly sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a large skillet.
    Pour off fat.
    Push sausage to one side of skillet.
    Add rice, zucchini slices and onions. Cook and stir until slightly browned over medium heat.
    Stir in tomatoes, water, mustard and garlic salt.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
