Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
    4 or 5 large peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    dash of garlic powder
    chopped onion
    2 small cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large frypan, saute onion.
    Add meat and remaining ingredients, except rice and tomato sauce.
    Cover with lid and reduce heat.
    After 10 minutes, add 1 can tomato sauce.
    Stir well. Cook another 10 minutes with lid on pan.
    Set aside.
    Wash and cut peppers in half.
    Remove membranes and seeds; parboil peppers (upside down) in salted water 10 minutes.
