Quick And Fancy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. 4 season bread crumbs
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten with dash of milk
    1 small nip of white wine
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Float chicken in milk/ egg mix.
    Toss chicken in flour.
    Float again in milk/egg mix.
    Toss chicken in bread crumbs.
    Put butter pads on top of chicken in pan.
    Splash wine around pan so chicken can steam in wine.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 30 minutes, give or take.
    Cut one breast in half to check inside.
