Cheese Crepes With Sauce Royale - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cooked crepes (Dora's recipe)
nutmeg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. fresh strawberries
Preparation

Place 3 tablespoons cottage cheese on each crepe.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Roll and place in a baking dish.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
In a 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in orange juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Boil an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in butter.
Remove from heat.
Stir in strawberries.
Serve 2 crepes per serving with 1/4 cup strawberry sauce.
