Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in the egg and flavoring.
Mix in the flour.
Pipe dough through cookie press into any shape desired, following cookie press directions.
Bake at 425\u00b0.
Makes about 6 dozen.
