Cinnamon-Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (3 oz. size) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 (3 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. salad dressing
Preparation
    Dissolve candy in boiling water.
    Add gelatin; stir to dissolve.
    Stir in applesauce; chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
