4 Cornish game hens
1 stick butter/margarine, melted
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a saucepan, combine butter, honey and mustard.
Salt and pepper the hens.
Place hens in a covered dish; pour sweet and sour sauce mixture over hens.
Bake approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, basting every 15 to 20 minutes, until hens are tender and brown.
