Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole skinned and boned chicken breasts, halved
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. seasoned flour
salt and pepper
other herbs (if desired)
1 to 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Dip chicken breasts in egg, roll in flour and then roll in cheese (Parmesan).
Force cheese into all nooks and crannies. Place chicken in a frying pan and butter; brown on both sides (3 to 5 minutes a side).
Remove; place in a baking dish.
Cover chicken with chopped onion, spaghetti sauce, Mozzarella cheese and any leftover Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top, about 30 minutes.
