Garlic Chicken And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breast
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild)
    2 to 4 garlic cloves, sliced
    chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
Preparation
    Place chicken in 1-quart casserole with lid.
    Place garlic slices on top.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Top with sausage links. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    (Can microwave on High setting for 10 minutes, rotate dish 1/2 turn and cook an additional 10 minutes or until done.)
