Microwave Salmon Ring - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, undrained
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
pinch of dill weed
minced parsley
Preparation

Cooking time 12 minutes.
Butter 6-cup micro-proof ring mold. Sprinkle with paprika and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except parsley in large bowl and blend well.
Turn into prepared mold, spreading evenly.
Cook (micro) on High, about 7 minutes. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with parsley.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
