Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot)
    1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt (I use none)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent dough into triangles.
    Place in a pan, sprayed lightly with no-stick spray, with points toward the center (use 12-inch pizza pan).
    Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
