Dedication Day Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 to 35 mint sprigs or 1/2 tsp. mint extract
    2 c. sugar
    2 qt. boiling water
    2 1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
    2 qt. orange juice
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
    1 qt. ginger ale
    1 qt. sparkling water
Preparation
    Combine mint, sugar and boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Chill everything.
    Mix all together to serve, adding ginger ale and sparkling water at the last minute.
    Serves 50.
