5 Pepper Chicken Fajitas(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    juice of 1 lime
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 medium red, yellow and green bell pepper
    8 whole wheat tortillas
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 medium tomato, diced
    salsa to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice chicken into strips; place in large bowl and squeeze lime juice over chicken.
    Add garlic, scallions, pepper, salt and cumin and toss.
    Slice bell peppers into strips and set aside.
    Wrap tortillas in clean cloth.
    Place in oven at low setting while preparing fajita mixture.
