Apple Banana Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. grated, unpeeled apple
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening in large bowl.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add buttermilk, banana and apple and mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to banana mixture and mix well.
    Stir in pecans. Pour into greased miniature loaf pans and let stand for 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
