3-2-1 Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 parts flour
    2 parts Crisco
    1 part water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Place flour in bowl; make well in center.
    Add Crisco, water and salt, mixing all together.
    Place in refrigerator a few hours or overnight.
    Pinch desired amount.
    Place on floured surface and work in just enough flour to roll.
    Place in pie pan and flute edges or use as a 2 crust pie.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown. Remaining dough may be refrigerated for a week or more.
