Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar (optional)
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (more for softer tortillas)
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oil.
Add water and mix with hands.
Form into large ball.
Divide into 10 smaller ones.
Roll each flat with rolling pin and cook on very hot, ungreased griddle until lightly browned on each side.
Yields 10 tortillas.
