Corned Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
4 c. sliced cabbage
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. cooked, drained noodles
1 can corned beef, crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute in margarine the cabbage, celery and onions.
Add and mix well the drained noodles, corned beef, Swiss cheese, milk, dry mustard, caraway seed and pepper.
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until heated.
