Cottage Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. sifted flour
    jam or preserves
Preparation
    Cream margarine and cheese together.
    Add flour and work it in to form a dough.
    Chill for 1 hour or more.
    Roll dough 1/8 inch thick.
    Cut into 2 or 3-inch squares.
    Place jam or preserves in center; fold squares to form triangles.
    Seal edges tight.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
