Chicken Cutlet Sandwich With Spinach And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into cutlets
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    seasoned Italian breadcrumbs (about 2 c.)
    1 c. Crisco oil (lite)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can small sliced mushrooms or 1/2 lb. sliced fresh
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 boxes chopped frozen spinach
    long Italian rolls
Preparation
    In 3 separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs with milk and breadcrumbs.
    Dip chicken cutlets in flour, then eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
