Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
Set aside. Combine sugar and oil.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.
Add egg.
Beat well.
Add flour alternately with bananas, beginning and ending with flour.
Blend well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
