Porcupine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. each, finely chopped: onion and bell pepper
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. processed cheese spread
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, onion, bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and garlic powder.
    Form into 1 1/2-inch balls (about 18).
    Place into a shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup, water, ketchup and remaining salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Pour over meat balls. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven; stir in cheese spread.
