Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    7 1/2 to 8 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, cook sugar, margarine, syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    After the mixture begins to boil, cook only 5 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and add flavoring and soda.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Stir to coat.
