Creamy Banana Pudding(By Lounelle Shaw, Pendergrass, Ga) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. cold water
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 medium carton Cool Whip or 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    36 vanilla wafers
    3 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter and/or 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine.
    Let come to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil one minute; remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter and/or nuts and vanilla.
    Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper and allow to cool.
