Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Measure
    1 3/4 cups flour into large mixing bowl.
    Stir in sugar,
    salt
    and
    yeast.
    Heat milk, water and shortening until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Pour in flour mixture and add eggs and beat with
    electric
    mixer
    at
    low speed for 1/2 minute. Continue beating for
    3 minutes more at high speed and stir in remainder of flour.
    Dough
    will
    be
    soft and rather sticky. Knead about
    3 minutes.
    Let
    rest
    20 minutes, then shape as desired.
    Let rise in\twarm
    place
    from 40 to 60 minutes and bake until
    golden brown.
    Time
    and
    temperature
    will
    vary according to
    the
    roll made.
    Remove
    from
    pans and cool on racks.
