Frieda'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. new potatoes
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. stuffed olives (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Peel while warm.
    Slice and add vinegar.
    Let sit for 1 hour.
    Add celery, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Makes 12 servings.
