Easy Elegant Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    3 oz. pkg. shaved almonds
    3 oz. pkg. Parmesan cheese
    6 to 8 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
Preparation
    Mix soups, butter and sherry.
    Pour about 1 cup over the rice and blend to moisten.
    Put rice on bottom of a large shallow casserole (large enough so that breasts can be placed side by side.)
    Place chicken on top of rice.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
    Put cheese and almonds on top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
