Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients, then add zucchini. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
