Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 Tbsp.) stick margarine, melted
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed or fresh parboiled
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Stir rice and water together first, so they cook properly.
    Layer ingredients in the order listed.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
    Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of baking time to lightly brown cheese.
    Serves 6 to 8.
