Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 already cooked Tyson chicken breasts
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. tortillas (10)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In an electric skillet, place a small amount of oil; place on medium heat.
    While the skillet is heating, slice the chicken, the pepper and the onion and drain the juice off of the mushrooms. When the skillet is hot, place the green pepper, onion and mushrooms in.
    Let these cook for about 2 to 3 minutes and then add the chicken and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Cover and let cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Next, grate the Cheddar cheese. When the 10 minutes are up, turn the electric skillet to low to keep warm.
    Place some of the chicken mixture and some of the Cheddar cheese in a tortilla; roll it up and serve.
    Makes 10 fajitas.
